Here I go again! Now I'm gonna review one of my favorite lip liner that I always use every time I need to kill a red lipstick! Yes, it's ELF Moisturizing Lip Liner in the color BITTER. Let's roll to know more about my take...

ELF Essential Feather Proof Moisturizing Lip Liner[/caption]So, this product actually is one of essential collection in ELF product. It comes with three colors of choice, but I did pick in shade Bitter because I don't have any red lip liner before.

Hehehe. I like the fact that ELF also gave the sharpener for free in every this lip liner purchase so I don't need to use my other sharpener which I use for eyebrow and eyeliner pencil one.

ELF Essential Featherproof Moisturizing Lip Liner with cap[/caption]This lip liner is somewhat just a pencil in white color comes with a clear cap and with the color sign at the back of it. There's also the shade name imprinted at the side of the pencil makes it double easy to recognize the color.
Speaking of the sharpener, it also comes with white color with the brand imprinted on every side of it. It's sharp enough obviously. Hehehe.

~ COLOR AND TEXTURE ~
BITTER is a deep red if I see it at the pencil but when I swatch it, it actually is a blue-based red. It really is beautiful red color for me.

ELF Essential Featherproof Moisturizing Lip Liner in Bitter - handswatch[/caption]I'm very satisfied with the pigmentation of it. Even so, I need several strokes to get the color that I want. I like the fact that the lip liner has somewhat a moisturizing agent like mineral oil and cocoa seed butter, which makes the application a lot more easy than any of drugstore lip liner I have ever used.
The texture is so smooth, creamy yet not drying (like I said above). The plus thing, I can make it as a single use without any function of lip lining. The color pay-off is opaque enough to be considered as a lipstick.

You can see below the result of me wearing this lip liner. Really accentuate the shape of your lips. Well, on me, really makes my lips appear bigger than my bare lips appearance.

Well, unfortunately, it's impossible to get this brand at Indonesia's local drugstore as it still is unavailable. But, if you want this, you can get it through some pre-order methods from your trusted online shops. The price? Don't mention it! It's very reasonable since it only US$1 at the official web. But, don't forget to convert it to Indonesia Rupiah (plus any custom fees).
When I bought it, I was lucky enough to get it with a special discount of 50% off at here, so, I just paid it for about less than Rp40,000 (I forgot the exact price!). I don't know if it is still available at that e-commerce website, but it worth to try.
~ MY VERDICT ~
I like it and considering of repurchase if I run out of it even it is not on the promotional discount price. I love the result that it accentuates my lips shape and gives the effect of bigger lips as it has somewhat a gloss effect after application. With only a US Dollar, I can get the good pigmentation and the moisturizing feeling as my lips are super dry and applying lip liner makes it worse. I don't even need to apply a lip balm before applying this lip liner though I feel like using my super matte lipstick after the use of this lip liner.
